Our Approach

Getting to the root of your dizziness

The vestibular system is complex. Accurate diagnosis is everything — the wrong treatment for the wrong diagnosis will not help. We assess thoroughly before we treat.

BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo)

Loose crystals in the inner ear causing sudden spinning. Often highly treatable in one to three sessions with the right repositioning technique.

Post-Concussion Dizziness

Vestibular disruption following head injury is extremely common and often undertreated. We specialise in this intersection.

Chronic Dizziness & Balance Disorders

Long-standing dizziness that disrupts daily life. We build structured rehabilitation programmes to retrain your balance system.

Visual Vertigo

Dizziness triggered by busy visual environments — screens, crowds, movement. A common and treatable vestibular condition.

Unsteadiness & Falls Risk

Balance retraining for patients experiencing persistent unsteadiness, particularly following illness, injury or inner ear dysfunction.

Did your dizziness start after a head injury?

Vestibular symptoms are one of the most common and persistent effects of concussion. If your dizziness followed a head injury, our concussion service may also be relevant to your recovery.

Getting Started

What happens when you book

01

Detailed Assessment

A 60-minute initial session to understand your full history, identify the type of vestibular problem, and rule out anything that needs further investigation.

02

Targeted Treatment

Treatment is specific to your diagnosis. BPPV for example can often be resolved in very few sessions with the right technique. Chronic conditions require a structured rehab programme.

03

Rehab & Recovery

Where exercise-based rehabilitation is needed, you'll be given a clear programme to follow between sessions — deliverable in clinic, remotely or at home.

Sessions are available in 30 and 60 minute appointments.

Kosta has been an invaluable asset in my concussion recovery. His extensive knowledge and expertise in concussion management make him a true expert in the field. I am extremely grateful for his support and guidance throughout my recovery process.
