A decade of practice across elite sport and clinical care.
I'm a physiotherapist with over a decade of experience across elite sport and specialist clinical practice. My work focuses on concussion and vestibular rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, and high-performance strength and conditioning — a combination that reflects where I've spent most of my career: at the intersection of rigorous clinical care and the demands of competitive sport.
Over the years I've worked as physiotherapist for the Chelsea FC Academy and the GB Olympic diving team, served as team physiotherapist for the Vancouver Bandits in Canada's professional basketball league, and held roles within the NHS. I've worked with U-Sports and Olympic snowboard athletes in concussion and vestibular rehabilitation, and alongside a wide range of private patients returning from injury, illness, and surgery.
Alongside clinical practice, I'm a research staff member at University College London and a concussion advisor to Luca Health, a clinician-led concussion management platform for schools and sports organisations across the UK. I've presented my research at the 6th International Conference on Concussion in Sport in Amsterdam and at the British Association of Sport and Exercise Medicine — work that continues to shape how I approach assessment and rehabilitation in clinic.
